Help
Dusk doesn't find my TV
Make sure the TV is on (standby is fine) and on the same Wi-Fi as your phone. Guest networks and some mesh systems block discovery. Then use “Scan the whole network” or type the TV's IP address. Also check that Local Network access is on: Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network › Dusk.
Power, volume or input do nothing
These buttons reach your TV through HDMI-CEC. On Google TV open Settings › Display & Sound › HDMI-CEC and turn it on, or set up your TV under Settings › Remotes & Accessories. Also enable CEC on the TV itself (Anynet+ on Samsung, SimpLink on LG, Bravia Sync on Sony).
Typing doesn't appear on the TV
Select a text field on the TV first (for example the search box), then type. If an app uses its own on-screen keyboard, Dusk types letter by letter.
The pairing code is rejected
The code has numbers and the letters A to F only. There is no O, that is a zero. If it expired, start again and the TV shows a new one.
